Welcome to Trim&Treats Holistic. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Here you will find our policies regarding appointments, health, and our commitment to your pet's well-being.
Booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
We understand that plans can change. For your first booking, no deposit is required. You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. If you do not show up for your appointment, a £20 deposit will be required for your next booking. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time but becomes non-refundable after this point. Deposits can be taken in person or by bank transfer and can be rolled over from one appointment to the next.
Health requirements and safety
For the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, all pets need to be up to date with vaccinations. Please inform us prior to grooming about any relevant allergies, skin conditions, or other health concerns your pet may have. This allows us to provide the best possible care tailored to your pet's specific needs.
