Welcome to Trim&Treats Holistic. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Here you will find our policies regarding appointments, health, and our commitment to your pet's well-being.

Booking, rescheduling, and cancellations

We understand that plans can change. To secure your first appointment, we require a £20 deposit. You are welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without any charge, and your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, or if you do not show up, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Deposits can be paid in person or via bank transfer and may be rolled over to future bookings.

Health requirements and safety

For the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, all pets need to be up to date with vaccinations. Please inform us prior to grooming about any relevant allergies, skin conditions, or other health concerns your pet may have. This allows us to provide the best possible care tailored to your pet's specific needs.

At Trim&Treats Holistic, we promise to care for every dog as if it were our own. Each appointment is conducted on an individualised basis, ensuring a cage-free, stress-free, and one-to-one grooming experience. Our holistic approach means your pet's comfort and happiness are our top priority.

Late Arrival & Late Pick-Up

We operate on a strict, by-appointment schedule to ensure every dog receives individual, stress-free care. When a pet arrives late or is left past their pick-up window, it disrupts the entire day and impacts the well-being of other dogs in our salon.

LATE ARRIVALS

We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. We cannot rush a groom, as this compromises your dog's safety.
Missed appointments due to lateness will be treated as a no-show.

LATE PICK-UPS

We will text you 20 minutes before your dog's groom is finished
Please collect your dog within 30 minutes of receiving our text notification.
Dogs left past this window will incur a charge of £5 for every 10 minutes of lateness.
Any dog left past our official closing time will incur an automatic charge of £25.
